1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FRCS Excel (the "Service"), provided by OrthoXcel Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

CRITICAL: FRCS Excel is an educational preparation tool designed for surgical trainees preparing for the FRCS (T&O) examinations. It is NOT a clinical decision support tool. The content, including questions, rationales, and takeaways, is for academic purposes only and should not be used to diagnose or treat patients. Clinical practice should always be based on the latest peer-reviewed evidence and local hospital guidelines.

3. Academic Integrity & Account Usage

To maintain the integrity of our question bank and the academic value of the Service:

  • Accounts are strictly for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Service.
  • Content is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or screenshotting of high-yield content is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions grant access to premium features for the duration specified in your plan. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally not provided once a significant portion of the question bank has been accessed.

5. Limitation of Liability

OrthoXcel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your performance in the FRCS examinations. We do not guarantee a passing result in any professional examination.
